Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CostPilot's website, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your API keys, accounts, and any activity that occurs under them. You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services.

2. Customer Data

CostPilot processes usage and billing-related data about your LLM calls in order to provide analytics and cost insights. You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell your data and will only use it to provide and improve the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for CostPilot and is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and refunds. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where available, are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Invoiced Consumer Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with normal operation, circumvent security controls, or use the Services in violation of applicable law or third party rights.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
